Private music lessons allow students, ages 5 and over, to receive one-on-one time with professional musicians across many instruments. We welcome those who are first-time learners and those who want to further advance their talents.
For Fall 2021, Abrons Arts Center offers an array of private music lessons that will be held both in-person and virtually. Please specify which method of instruction you prefer in your private lesson inquiry.
Students receive 12-13 lessons, depending on the day of the week, in private music instruction from leading professional musicians. There is no set number for courses required but we recommend students participate in a full semester to excel in their instrument and subject of choice and to receive the best results from private lessons
Fall 2021/Spring 2022 Lessons are available in:
Bass (Upright and Electric)
Guitar (Acoustic and Electric)
Want to enroll in private lessons in another subject? Please reach out to Tyler Diaz, Education Manager, at TDiaz@HenryStreet.Org and we will work with you to set up private instruction.
