While in Studio/Building
Appropriate face covers must be worn at all times, including during rehearsals. Gaiters and bandanas are not considered appropriate face coverings. Any staff member may enter the studio during your rehearsal to ensure that masks are being worn. For woodwind/horn players renting space, you must keep the window in the room open at all times while in the space. No guests/visitors are allowed. Renters are encouraged to utilize the outdoor amphitheater for eating and/or congregating. Please do not roam around the building or use any space other than your dedicated studio.

Entry to Building
A patron services team member will take your temperature and ask you to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire. All renters are required to have their temperature taken and fill out the COVID-19 questionnaire every time they are on site. If you have accessibility needs, a staff member will escort you to our accessible entrance. Please note that only studios 302, G05, 206, and 314 are accessible by wheelchair.

Access to Restrooms
Please use the restroom closest to your studio. Please wash your hands for at least 20 seconds and use hand sanitizer. Please do not roam around the building.

Exiting the Building
Studios will be staffed with disinfecting spray and wipes. We ask that you please spray the studio with disinfecting spray and wipe any surfaces you touched.

We are living in a rapidly changing environment, as such these guidelines are subject to change. If necessary, reservations may need to be adjusted and a staff member will contact you.

Booking Rentals
You’ll need to sign up for an account and book directly through the platform. Note that all rental cancellations must be made or requested at least 72 hours in advance. Additionally, we have a one-hour buffer between rentals to allow the studios to be cleaned.
