Joel Lambdin

Joel attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts receiving both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in violin performance, under the guidance of Sarah Johnson and Kevin Lawrence. He founded and performed in the Harrisburg Players’ Collective (HPC) in Harrisburg, PA, and MaNi in Brooklyn. Joel has served on the faculties of Elizabethtown College, Packer Collegiate Institute, the Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival, and as a teaching artist for the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center and the Brooklyn Philharmonic. In addition to his classical work, Joel has been heard on various independent pop, rock, and metal records including two of his own bands, Resolution15 and Rompecabeza. He performed on Broadway’s hit dance revue “Burn the Floor” as well as for film and television with the Rachel Ray Show and Lillyhammer among his credits.
