Abrons’ classes and workshops are for art makers of all ages and every level of creative development. We nurture risk taking, boldness, experimentation, and embrace curiosity. Participants are encouraged to construct meaningful responses and collaborate while thinking critically. Come make something new.

To register for Abrons’ offerings, please select a course group or explore the A to Z Index to see all of our classes.

Once you have made a selection, clicking REGISTER NOW next to the time/date that you want to attend will put the class in your shopping cart. Select CONTINUE SHOPPING to add another class or CHECKOUT to provide payment.

First time ASAP software users will need to create a new account before registering for a class. After completing the account registration form, you will be taken back to the payment page. After payment is completed, students will be officially registered.

Private music lesson students need to submit an inquiry form to begin the registration process. Registrants will receive an email prompting them to make a payment to reserve their lesson time once a suitable time slot has been found.

TUITION & FEES
Abrons’ group classes are sliding scale based on household income for all students who would like to participate. Registrants must provide a copy of their most recent federal income tax return and/or documentation of their income status to qualify. Private lessons are not included in our sliding scale fee structure. All students must pay a $25 non refundable semester registration fee per semester.

A | 55,000 and Above | Full Price

B | 45,000-54,999 | 25% Discount

C | 35,000-44,999 | 50% Discount

D | Under 34,999 | 75% Discount

To apply for tuition assistance, please email a copy of your most recent federal income tax return and/or any documentation of your income status to mkapp@henrystreet.org.

PAYMENT
Full payment is required by the first day of class.

CANCELLATIONS & ABSENCES
Abrons Arts Center will not provide refunds or credits for missed group classes or private lessons as a result of student illness or student emergencies. Abrons Arts Center does not offer prorated group class prices.

Refunds will not be issued for any reason. Makeup classes may occur only if the building closes due to extreme circumstances or if the teaching artist has an emergency. Student cancellation/rescheduling requests of private lessons can occur via email with mutual consent from both student and teaching artist no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled class.

MEDIA RELEASE
Unless the Abrons Arts Center is given written notice upon registration, all students are eligible for documentation and public media sharing including photos, audio, and video.

LOST OR DAMAGED PROPERTY
Abrons Arts Center is not responsible for damaged or lost personal property. If lost items are found they are submitted to the Abrons front desk.
