Dance

PRE-BALLET/PRE-JAZZ COMBO
Children are introduced to basic movement.

A class to introduce boys to the varieties of dance.

These classes introduce children to ballet fundamentals, including positions and basic movements.

Children learn the introductory techniques of break dancing.

Students are introduced to the varieties of modern dance forms and styles.

These introductory classes teach traditional techniques, including hand clapping, castanets, and footwork.

JUNIOR DANCE ENSEMBLE
The Junior Dance Ensemble is a student company for young dancers who demonstrate talent and a serious interest in dance training.
Ages: 8-12 | Saturdays | 2-4 pm

PRIVATE MUSIC LESSONS
Lessons are available in piano, voice, violin, viola, cello, bass, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone, percussion, and guitar.

DRAWING AND PAINTING
Students are introduced to different materials and techniques, including pastels, tempera paint, and watercolor.

CHILDREN'S CERAMICS
Children create sculpture and functional ware through hand building techniques. They also learn glazing and make collaborative projects.

THREE-DIMENSIONAL DESIGN
Students learn the basic elements of sculpture and three-dimensional design using paper, clay, wood, wire, and other construction materials.

Students learn about writing and drawing comic stories, from concept to printing.
